To obtain, procure, purchase, take on lease or sublease, exchange or otherwise acquire in any part of the world any concessions, grants, claims, licenses, leases, options, rights or privileges for any mining objects, or purpose or any mines, mining rights or concessions or any metalliferous lands, gravels of rivers or any lands containing or believed to contain metals or mineral deposits, oil deposits, stone quarrying etc.

To enter into any contracts or arrangements with any government, state or central or other authorities, municipal bodies, local bodies or otherwise in connection with the business of the company.

To carry on the business of general merchants, construction of buildings and general trade road construction, to build, construct, alter, improve, enlarge, repair, maintain, develop, pulldown, remove or replace and to work, manage, carry out or control works of all descriptions including but not limit to offices, factories, mills, ware houses, shops, stores, garages and other buildings, roads, machinery and plant.

To carry on services of business consultancy & management, researchers, advisors, analysis of products or services or components and any other materials or substances, to apply for and bid for tenders of any nature.

To carry on the business as suppliers, distributors, exporters, importers, wholesalers and general dealers of all kinds of goods and merchandise inclusive of hardware, cement, tiles, iron sheets, still wares, sanitary wares, birth tabs, machinery, glass ware, household goods, implements chemicals and other goods and articles of all descriptions.

To apply for tenders, offers, accept, purchase or otherwise acquire any contracts and concessions for or in relation to the projection, execution, carry out improvements, renovations, management, administration, or control of works and conveniences and under take, execute, carry out, dispose of or otherwise turn to account the same.

To carry on the business of clearing and forwarding, shipping, luggage, cargo, vehicles, spares, transporting, commission agents, brokers, travel agents and any other related business in and outside Uganda.

To do all such other things as may be seemed incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
